Step 1: Logging into GMB

The first step is really simple, just go to: business.google.com and click SIGN IN in the top right corner

Step 2: Find Your Business

Once your signed in, it will show you a list of businesses in your account. Find the business you want to give access to and then click on ‘See your profile’

Step 3: Your Managing Your Profile

Now you’ve logged into your profile, which allows you to control many things to help improve your business appearance on Google. On the right side of Profile strength you will see 3 vertical dots, select them and click on ‘Business Profile Settings’

Step 4: Grant Access

You will see a menu appear, and at the top of the menu should be the option ‘People and access’ – select this option, and then click on ‘Add’

Step 5: The Finish Line

Your at the last step, just enter the persons email address, select whether you want them to have ownership access or managerial access and click on ‘Invite’
